Château Canet
Château Canet is in the heart of the Aude countryside just 12 kilometres east of the unique and famous city of Carcassonne.

There are ten separate gîtes with a swimming pool in the extensive landscaped grounds, plus a separate house called Le Château, a ‘Grande Maison Bourgeoise’ built in the middle of the 1800s with its own pool.

The properties are set in 1.5 hectares of parkland. All come fully equipped with bed linen and bath towels which are changed weekly plus cleaning equipment. Garden furniture is supplied and there are two laundry rooms with washing machines.

Le Château

Le Château is a ‘Grande Maison Bourgeoise’ built in the middle of the 1800s in the heart of the estate. It has nine rooms on three floors and covers over 300 square meters of floor space. The Château comes with a terrace and its own private 6 metres X 12 metres swimming pool.

Le Château is the ideal family residence from which to explore the surrounding area or just laze by the pool.

There is a lounge with television, a settee and armchair and a dining room. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, combination microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with large double bed, ‘en suite’ toilet and basin.

Syrah, Muscat and Cinsault
These well appointed gites will sleep up to six and feature a terrace with a view of the swimming pool which can be reached by a small path.

The gites have a lounge with television plus a settee which converts into an extra bed.

The kitchen has electric cooker, refrigerator and a dishwasher plus table and chairs.

They are on two levels and have two bedrooms, one with a large double bed, the other with two single beds. Each has a bathroom with separate WC.

Chasselas
This spacious two roomed gîte but spacious covers about 46 square meters, on two floors. It can sleep, up to four and has a terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

A lounge with television, a settee which converts into a bed ‘click clack’. The large bedroom has a double bed and there is a settee in the lounge which converts into a second bed. It is equipped with TV and there is a kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher plus a table and chairs.

There is a bathroom with separate WC

Grenache
This compact gîte has three rooms and a terrace with views of the pool and surrounding area. It is ideal for up to six people and has a private entrance near the communal salon. The gîte is on one floor and there is a lounge with television plus a settee which converts into a bed.

Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two bunk beds. There is a kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher plus a table and chairs.

There is a bathroom with separate WC

Roussane
This two-room gîte covers approximately 44 square metres plus a small terrace and sleeps up to six people. There are views of the park and orchard from the bedroom and the bathroom. The gîte is on one floor and has a private entrance. The lounge has a television and a settee which converts into a bed. There is a kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher plus a table and chairs, and a bathroom with separate WC

Alicante
Alicante is a duplex style covering 61 square meters plus a 16 square metres terrace with views over the park, swimming pool and surrounding countryside. It is the ideal family gîte and can sleep a maximum of 7 people. It has its own entrance via an outside staircase from a small entrance shared with one other gite.

The lounge/dining room has a television and settee which converts into a bed. The corner kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator and a dishwasher. Bedroom one with a large double bed. A mezzanine opens over part of the lounge / dining room and the second bedroom has two single beds and an occasional bed. There is a bathroom with separate WC

Terret
Terret is a duplex style covering of 52 square meters with a 21 square metres terrace with views over the park, swimming pool and surrounding countryside. It is the ideal family gîte and can sleep a maximum of 7 people. It has its own entrance via an outside staircase from a small entrance shared with one other gite.

Pavillon
The Pavillon is a three room gîte covering with a terrace overlooking the pine forest. It can sleep up to six and is accessed from the front of the château.

The lounge has a television and a settee which converts into a bed. There is a kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator and dishwasher plus a table and chairs, and a bathroom with separate WC Bedroom one has a large double bed, bedroom two has two single beds.
