Latest Vineyard Collects Another Award

The latest addition to our vineyard lists has picked up an award at the annual wine festival in Avignon.

Their Vaqueras Blanc 2003 was named 'La Cuvée officielle du Festival d'Avignon' by Chef Christian Etienne and sommelier Kelly McAuliffe.

All the vineyard's wines are made according to bio-dynamic principles and environmental protection is the key to all production processes. The techniques applied include improving the soil and plants by using preparations of vegetable, animal and mineral matter, applying them at precise times during the yearly cycle according to a lunar and planetary calendar, and working the soil by ploughing and weeding.
